How To Use Posts Mix

16th Nov 2022

To secure any post in the ground you will need to use a concrete mix of Balast – Cement. A much easier and cleaner method of fixing post try our Post fix which can be purchased via our website.

– Dig hole to required size for post, half fill hole with water and place the post in the hole.

– Empty your mix straight into the hole.

– Add the concrete mix uniformly around the post until it is above the level of water. If any dry powder remains visible at this stage, add additional water until absorbed by the material.

– Adjust the post into position and support appropriately until material set occurs (after approximately 10 minutes).
