Delivery

A member of our sales team will contact you within 1 to 5 working days of your order being placed to arrange a delivery date. Should your delivery be outside of our standard delivery zones please contact a member of the team on 0161 788 7838 and we will calculate your delivery charge and arrange dates if possible.

Please note any cuts or panels which are to be manufactured specially will be on a 15 to 20 working day lead-time for manufacture prior to delivery.

Delivery is within 3 to 10 working days for timber products only and 5 to 15 working days for any orders including concrete. A member of our sales team will contact you to confirm a delivery date. For bespoke or made to order items; please allow 15-20 working days for manufacture prior to delivery.

Some continental fence products will be on a 10 to 15 working day lead time, our sales team will be in touch to confirm on receipt of order.

Any order can be collected from our store between normal opening hours. Please select ‘click and collect’ at checkout and you will be contacted and given a collection date. For bespoke or made to order items; please allow 5-20 working days.

Some continental/European fence products will be on a 7 to 10 working day lead time, our sales team will be in touch to confirm on receipt of order.

It is preferable that somebody is available to take delivery of the goods, though if this is not possible we can deliver, but must confirm that the responsibility for the goods pass to the customer at delivery point. We accept no liability for loss or damage to the goods beyond unload.

The cost for delivery is calculated based on the area and distance for our yard in Monton.

Deliveries are made to the nearest point of hardstanding only which is kerbside or driveway and the goods will be stacked as neatly as possible. Any goods taken onto your property will be at the discretion of the driver and Monton Fencing will take no responsibility for any damage. Due to insurance cover our drivers are not permitted to carry goods to the rear of your premises, up any pathways or any point beyond your front garden area, this includes side gates etc.

If there is restricted access to your property please inform us when ordering so we can ensure no delays to your delivery are encountered.

Whist we will always make every effort to deliver the products on agreed delivery dates we can not be held responsible for matters beyond our control that results in your products not arriving on the day in question.

In the unlikely event of your products not arriving on the scheduled date of delivery we will normally be able to deliver the products the next day.

Monton Fencing Ltd reserve the right to cancel or hold any orders that we deem could potentially suffer from delivery problems and you understand that delivery may be delayed if these issues should arise.

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery charge if for any reason we are unable to deliver due to following:

• The vehicle is unable to unload at the point of delivery
• Access is unsuitable for delivery to be made
• The delivery is redirected to an alternative address
• The unloading of materials is deemed unsafe by the driver.
